Certified Organic Pasture Mix is a good mix of early and medium maturing grasses that are nutritious, heat & drought tolerant and high yielding.
Certified Organic Pasture Mix contains grasses that provide grazing early in the stand life and others that are sod forming thus offering longevity to the stand. The combination in this mix provides producers with a highly productive, long term pasture that will produce in a variety of conditions.
**We do not currently have Organic Bromegrass available, so our Organic Pasture Mix is revised without Bromegrass.
Certified Organic Pasture Mix Consists of:
30% Org Echelon Orchardgrass
30% Org Laura Meadow Fescue
20% Org Premium Perennial Ryegrass
10% Org Calibra Perennial Ryegrass
10% Org Timothy
*Organic seeds and grains are grown by organic growers that adhere to the strict organic practices that are required by organic producers. No chemical fertilizer, insecticides or herbicides are allowed in producing this seed. Genetic purity is maintained throughout the production and processing of this seed.
Establishment
Plant at 1/4″ depth. An ideal soil bed is moist, fertile and firm. A soil test is recommended for proper plant establishment and growth.
Organic Pasture Mix can be spring or early fall planted.
