Certified Deon are a new late season certified oat with consistently high yields.
Certified Deon’s are a yellow oat, medium tall, have very stiff straw and medium to large kernels.
Certified Deon Oats have good test weight and medium grain protein percentages.
Certified Deon Oats and very good resistance to lodging, resistant to smut and moderately resistant to crown rust and BYDV.

Certified Deon oats are a PVPA protected variety released by the Minnesota Agriculture Experiment Station.
